About Us
Our therapy center
At Get Real and Heal Therapy, we offer more than just mental health support — we offer connection, representation, and real understanding. What makes our group practice unique is that our clinicians reflect the communities we serve. We bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the table, especially when it comes to navigating race, identity, and the impact of systemic oppression.
We recognize that many of our struggles and traumas are rooted in institutional racism and intergenerational harm. Our team is deeply committed to holding space for those experiences, offering culturally responsive care to individuals facing anxiety, depression, OCD, substance use/addiction, trauma, and more. With compassion and authenticity, our therapists are here to support you on your healing journey. Together, we’ll create a path to wellness that honors your story and centers your truth.
