Our team of therapists offers in-person and virtual sessions throughout California. Our work is grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, ERP, DBT, IFS, and attachment-based therapy. We specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety and OCD, with all of our therapists trained in ERP to provide effective, compassionate support.
June Dean-Villatoro, LCSW
June Dean-Villatoro is a licensed therapist and practice owner who specializes in anxiety, OCD, and trauma. She supports anxious overachievers, perfectionists, and individuals navigating life transitions with a compassionate, direct, and authentic approach.
Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ERP, IFS, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. June is passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and equipped with tools for meaningful, lasting change.
Debora Lizek, AMFT
Debora is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
Debora works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, immigration challenges, and major life transitions. She is especially passionate about working with clients who have experienced complex or relational trauma. As an EMDR-trained therapist, one of her greatest strengths is helping clients gently process difficult experiences while building a greater sense of safety, self-understanding, and emotional resilience.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and attachment-based approaches. Debora believes that our past experiences can deeply shape the way we understand ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world around us, and those patterns can be understood, explored, and changed.
Ryleeanne Gutierrez, APCC
Rylee is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and couples through life’s challenges. She is passionate about supporting clients with anxiety, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm, offering a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for growth.
Her approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ERP, and attachment-based therapy. Rylee is also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, helping couples build stronger communication, deeper connection, and lasting resilience.
Gina Soni, AMFT
Gina Soni is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy should be a safe where one can show up as their whole self. She brings a warm, down-to-earth, holistic, and collaborative approach, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.
Gina is multilingual and provides therapy in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. She is passionate about providing culturally responsive care and creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and affirmed. She understands the important role that culture, family, identity, and lived experiences play in shaping our mental health and relationships, and is committed to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including the BIPOC community.
She works with adults, teens and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and substance use concerns. Her trauma-informed, relational approach integrates EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, Motivational Interviewing, the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment-Based Interventions.
